WTB S80 Carburetor And Wheels Hows it going everyone, im in need of a carburetor that will fit my S80. Will consider buying a new, used or aftermarket carb even if it requires some modification. I think you can use a carb off of an s81 or s83. The two will have more vacume hookups but they will not have a speed limmiter on it like yours probably has.
Do you know of anyone selling an s81 or s83 carb? i just got my hijet a few weeks ago and it didnt have a carburetor on it..

carb Just put another engine in my S81P. The engine came with all the gear on it so, I have a carb from a EB60, 550cc. Don't know if it will fit!?! If you ask around to see if it will fit,then post another message. I live in Japan, so you would have to have it posted and I don't know what it is like as I used all the stuff off my old engine. But it looks pretty good.　Tried to upload a photo, but my computer has just had a fit!! Will try later after reboot! Another option, I can look for a carb for you model here, did a quick search, but they are like golddust.
Thanks.. i ended up buying another s80 as a parts car.. I just took the carburetor off it today and hopefully tomorrow i will install it on my jumbo.
No problem, hope all goes well with the carb. I also have a Jumbo. Don't you just love that extra space you have inside!
I had no idea how roomy the jumbo was until i bought the regular cab hijet... that thing is soo cramped.. its nice to be able to recline
