WTB mini from MS, or....

I have exhausted every resource for legally licensing a mini here in IL. However, my daughter goes to school in Mississippi and I understand they can be legally titled and licensed there. So, if I could find a MS dealer or an already licensed mini from an individual in MS and plate it for her there, there's no reason it could not be driven across the boarder and eventually transfer the title here in IL. At least that's what I plan to do.

Any links to finding one in Mississippi would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
