Faced with a non-working Passenger Wiper (the spindle to the wiper had lost its weld to the wiper transmission plate inside the dash) and really not wanting to rip the Dash off.....I tried an alternate fix. JB Weld on the offending part. Works great so far!!! and one heck of a lot less hassle.:)

Update on the JB Weld repair.....it broke again. Had to buy an used one from minitruck.ca Installation did not require removing the dash.....Honest.....What it did require was removing the Glove Box and some serious sustained contortions....a flashlight that can twist into the back of the dash and a partner on the outside of the cab also helps.

If the wipers are working well then you should allow the wipers to stay longer there. Poorly maintained wipers are unable to remove mud, dirt or water from the windshield effectively. Always take care of any leaves, needles and seed pods. These are few things which people ignore. But these are the things which hurt the most.
