Is there a way to decode these mini VIN's on these mini trucks?
Not being 17 digits has my old computer smoking trying to come up with an answer:frustration::frustration:

And yes I used this sites search option and am still stumped

Nope, the VIN is very simple. It is a chassis number, (S110P for my Daihatsu for example) along with a series of digits noting the number it happened to be going down the line from 0000001. So, if after your chassis number, you have 0134547, then your's was the 134,547th truck built under that chassis designation. You'll end up pulling the year it was built off of a tag on your seatbelt. My insurance agent had to insert a letter in the numerical build number to assign a model year to my policy for the truck.
