Have searched high & low. Does anybody have suggestions on trimming methods, tips & tricks?

I'd rather it not look like total garbage...

You could pull the door cards, and lay them out as templates, on a sheet of pre-finished 1/4-inch hardwood plywood. And then get some pressure adhesive, pre-finished laminate hardwood veneers, and cover dash components with it, to tie it all together.

You could lay it out on some tempered hardboard, and then stretch “headliner” fabric with the foam back, and glue it down, with some 3M 77 contact cement.

You could go on ebay, and search for videos on how to upholster cars or trucks.

    Thanks @Jigs-n-fixtures!

I think I may have less than that to take off if im just lookin at fitting tracks on - looks like just corner of doors.

Have people been using a hacksaw? an angle grinder?

so, got the doors trimmed, but its still not enough with a 3" lift to run tracks w 2 people in the cab.

if i cut any more, ill be cutting the door seal trim.

    any suggestions?
