I’m looking to put a new steering wheel on my 1999 Mitsubishi Minicab. I’ve looked all over the find a steering hub kit (or boss kit) that fits the car and I can’t find one. Anyone know of another car that has the same sizing column so I can just use that one? Or just any other ideas?
    Thanks, Henry

I have a 93 Minicab Van. I pulled the wheel and here are the measurements that I got.

    32 splines
    14mm diameter at the splines.
Under the splines it tapers out to 16mm

I emailed the measurements to Grant Steering wheels and hope to hear back with something that may work.

Did they get back you on which hub is needed? Thanks.

They never came back with a specific hub that matches the car. I was able to measure the column and got some different measurements but that may be because of the year and model difference. On the 1999 I got:
    36 splines
    diameter of 1/2 inch (12.7mm)
    taper of 1 3/8 inches

Still looking around for a hub that fits. Let me know if anyone finds anything

Henry, please add your vehicle information to your signature on your profile page. It makes it a lot easier on the folks helping solve problems if we know what the vehicle is.

Kevin the admin, added a link in the blue stickie field at the top of the page.

    Thanks, Jigs

Grant never got back to me either. But I found another guy online with a 1994 Minicab Bravo with an aftermarket wheel. He has an hkb sports om-13 hub on his van. I was only able to find one on EZCrew. I ordered it but it wont be here for a while.
