Parts are on the way. Hopefully they will get here before the weekend and I can get it going. I’m sure dear ole dad will love to have it back going again instead of using it as a yard ornament.
So the sambar has finally been brought back to life. Once the timing issue was fixed of course the gas was bad so it had to be drained and replaced. Then the carb was stopped up. Gave it a good scrubbing and she runs like a champ. Thanks for everyone’s suggestions. Dad is happy to have it back. Now I gotta get him to pay me for the parts. Hahaha!!
