I took off the plastic weather protectors on my Subaru Sambar to switch them for nicer metal ones, but unfortunately removed some of the paint in the process. Does anyone have a recommendation on protecting the paint-less spots semi-permanently? I plan on getting my truck resprayed within the next year or two, but for now I want to prevent as much rust as possible. I'm not sure if paint correction pens & stuff will work since the paint that's still on is probably faded from age & won't match anything on the market today. Thanks for you help!
