I flushed the cooling system of my rear-engined Carry Scrum microvan.

But when I started the car after refilling the radiator, the gauge indicated an overheating engine, I dipped my finger in the radiator and the coolant is cold, it seems the coolant is not reaching the engine.

This is the third time I flushed the coolant myself but its the first this happened.

    Thanks for any input. :D

air in the lines or a reversed thermostat could cause that problem.

ya man thanks, there's actually an air bleed screw in one of the pipes, I opened it up and voila, the coolant circulation is back to normal again. :D
