So, because I'm lazy, one thread instead of two... 1) My Carry didn't come with a jack that I can find. I'm guessing a generic scissor jack will do the trick, but....I've got a 2" lift and big ol' chunky tires on there....any thoughts on how much lift I'll need out of the jack, and where it should be positioned when jacking up the front? 2) With those big ol' wheels and tires, my original spare is obviously useless, and the new one won't fit into the under-bed slot, so it's getting relocated. Anyone have any nifty ideas for how to use the space under the bed where the old spare used to slide in?
I'm about to possibly face the same situation. My suggestion for the empty spare tire space would be a tool box. Kevin in NC
