All, Everyone (cept me) probably knew this. and i don't even know if it applies to all kei trucks, but on my mits, i've been using a small bungee cord to hold the seat upright when "under the hood". then ystdy while painting the interior of the cab, i swiveled the top of the seatbelt out of the way and lo-and-behold there's a little black cord hanging there with a little loop in it. i don't know if its on other models but i shud have known there wud have been someway to hold the seat up. stupid me/crafty Japanese...later and Happy Thanksgiving to all...........slim
