I found this cheap 2000lb. winch on sale, and since my MiniCab only weighs around 1500, I figured it would be good enough to get me out of a tight situation. I fabbed up a mount for it out of 2inch square stock. and some channel iron, and shaped it so that the winch can be mounted in the hitch receiver at the rear, or hung from the front tow hooks. - - Once again, my welders paid for themselves.
