I have a 1991 Cushman White truck that has had some issues with performance. I have replaced all vaccum lines cap, rotor, plugs and had to disconnect the EGR valve finally got it running pretty well. After adjusting the timing to where it shoud be the idle speed is high (around 4500 should be 850) I can find no way to get the idle down does anyone have any ideas. No carb adjusments seem to do the trick.
