Just wondering if anyone has installed aftermarket round headlights on their u42t ? Is it simple plug and play? I heard wiring is much different in Japan or am I wrong, thanks
They might have a ground switched circuit. And, that only matters if you want to install LED bulbs. To check, pull the plug off the existing Headlight, and with the light switched off. If there is no voltage they are hot side switched, and you can just plug in an LED bulb. If there is voltage you will need to do a bit of wiring first, and install a control relay set, like this one:
