Advice Needed on Brake Pads

2001 S210P with front disc brakes. I need new brake pads. Back when I was in the parts biz, if we didn't have it catalogued, we might get the customer to bring in an old one. A lot of the time we could sleuth it out and match it up and everyone was happy.

Can anyone reading this tell me if the pads for my HiJet are common or readily available or also fit some other more common vehicle? Here's a photo. Thanks.

Well shoot. I messed that up. SHOGUN - I found a photo of the ones you sent over, and they are not the right pads. I had forgotten the year of my truck and I was guessing. I guessed wrong.

I dig out the original paperwork and it is a 2001 GD-S210P - missed it by one year. VIN = S210P-0118245 - At least that's what it says on the bill of sale. The title is in Japanese. (I have edited my original post to say "2001").

For a quick reality-check, I see your listing shows W and H. Mine are: W 78.0 or 78.5mm, H 55.00mm - but H depends on what is measured. The distance from extreme point to extreme point (see photo above to see what I mean) is ~55mm.

I really appreciate your help. When I saw 04491-97505 I got all warm and fuzzy because I spent years of my youth cross referencing Toyota part numbers. Unfortunately this one was not the pad I have.

If you can point me to the resource you used to find this, I would be glad to poke around.

Oh look, it says 2001 in my signature below. I'm an idiot.

the first number I posted was from Yokohama Motors, check here once more for the correct number based on the new data you have http://www.yokohamamotors.com/
then I copied that # and searched with google
or paste here here in the links https://www.yoyopart.com/ and this, this is a Japanese site, if you use google chrome, you can select the language http://jnbk-brake.com/catalogue/default.aspx

Thanks, very much! I found them on eBay and ordered them. Supplier is in Lithuania. I'll let you know how it goes.

Result: Brake pads arrived from Lithuania. Purchase details said they should arrive between December 10 and December 20. They arrived on December 17th. They looked right, and I put them on the truck and they seem to work 100% as they should. I would recommend this route. I will probably buy another set just to have it on hand in the future.

I bought the truck in 2013 with 90,000 km on it, brake pads in unknown condition. I just changed them for the first time now 8 years later, with 158,000 km on the truck.

Thank you to Ronso for posting my photo of the brake pads to the EXAMPLES area: https://minitrucktalk.com/media/brakepad.492/
