How much AC compressor oil do these take? I had the engine out and managed to spill it out of the compressor pretty much completely. Is there a specific type as well?
Good question. I'm fixin' to tackle the A/C on mine too. My current plan is to use the "any kind of oil is better than no oil at all" approach. Unless someone comes up with specs.
Looking up how much If its a saden ac compressor it uses sp15 oil. About 500g of 134a freon. Don't mix oils read it will damage compressor. About 5oz. Sp15 oil.
