I have a 91 mitsubishi minicab that I bought as a project. They had put on a mikuni tm32 and tired to put a turbo on it. I checked compression and all 3 cylinders and they were about all 180. It ran but fouled the plugs very fast. Put a fuel pressure regulator on it to get it down to 1.5 psi. Changed the jeting to higher and lower jets with no changes the the fuel issue, just the smaller needle and seat in the mikuni because I is a pump not gravity fed. I've done a tune up with the distributor cap, wires, plugs, rotor. Adjusted the timing to 8 degrees. If it runs for a matter of 20 mins or so there is so much fuel in the oil and it runs so poorly. Played with the valves but I left them fairly loose but not enough that they tap. I'm am just so confused now and would appreciate any help.
