1992 hijet S83 won't start

I recently purchased a Diahtsu hijet 1992 s83
It has been sitting
After a long drive and a few days of running around now it won't start
It always required a good amount of gas to get going but now it just won't catch
Starter is strong and battery new
Wont jump
Any ideas where to start?

 

Try fuel filter might have gotten some junk.

 

Can you tell me which of these things is the fuel fter
