Joe, I just sold a Subaru that's close to you (Dorchester). They are dairy farmers and using it as a chore truck. They are not street legal in WI .... but there is a way. They are not street legal in IL either but somehow I am driving a 95 Honda ACTV 2wd AT. Just got the plates today, B truck plates. Insured through Geico $154.00/6 months. dan
