Anschutz mannlicher stock 22 mag. I was putting up my deer rifle today and thought ya'll might like to see my favorite shooter. Its a Anschutz 22 mag. with double set trigger 3x9 Leupold. The 1st. owner was a airline pilot who flew in Europe. I am the 2nd. owner. This is the real deal, not imported by Savage. Its a Anschutz.... I picked it up at a estate auction about a year ago. I came across a 22 Lr Anschutz about two years ago and sold it about 2 weeks after I got it. At the time I could have kicked myself in the rear for not keeping it. I thought I would never come across another one in my life. Lo and behold a year later I picked up this 22 mag. The fun part about having this is taking it to a gun show and having everybody that knows this gun ask if they can hold it, touch it, fondle it, lick it, and on and on. I get a kick out of having gun dealers that offer 300/500 for it and I just smile and say I just bought it for 250.00 and its not for sale. Their eyes pop out, chin hits the floor, and they say where was it? Was it in here? What booth? Who had it? Can I look at it? Its a true shooter. Tac driving son of a gun. Its certainly a keeper and will most likely be passed down in the family.
I bought/built a Samurai based rock crawler recently, then I picked up this little 'stocker' the other day. Then took it for the day out to the beach! (Pismo)
Hundy, just wanted to let you know I started at the beginning of the "100Dollarman" thread (over there) and read every post. You are one busy man - Glad your business is going so well. Looking forward to the summer and patiently waiting for some more boat pics (the surrounding "Bacon" in the shots not bad either). Still salivating for one of your custom "Bobbers" just got to keep adding to the piggybank and then figure how to get it about 3000 miles east. By the way, you didn't "pick up" that 'stocker' you STOLE it! That was one sweeeet deal. Anyway, good to see you pop-in over here once in a while. And I thought of miniMOG as a great asset to this Forum as well as the Kei-truck business.......later, slim
Slim- I owe you a cold one, my man.., (for reading that whole thread!) If you are ever out this way, stop in and see me. Thanks!

Guns are a disease arent they, that is awesome. I bought a Ruger mini 30, and a Chi-com M-14 replica. Too bad I cannot get a prohibited licence.
A buddy and my rifles from a little target practice last summer. Mine's the folding stock Kalashnikov, his two are the rifle... I forget what it is... and the other Kalashnikov. Now he has a crazy Russian red dot sight that makes shooting things like a video game lol. I like my AK but that sight is madness; we were plinking pop cans from 50 paces with 98% accuracy from a standing position the last time he was up. Good times.
mmm! the "folding stock Kalashnikov: is an AMD 65 an Hungarian weapon based on the AK 47 with a shorter barrel for tight quarters and carried by tank crews, officers and paratroops. The top one is Arsenal SA M7-R with a Milled Receiver based off a Bulgarian AK47 Kit and the bottom one is a CETME G3[Spanish] a copy of a HK91[German] built by Century Arms in the 308 caliber on a US. Receiver I'd should have smiled in the pic ...But I was Busy!
Ahh yes, I should have put "Kalashnikov" in quotes... but damn you've got some serious gun knowledge I forgot what the 308 was (and actually I don't remember if he told me as specifically as you did...) but it's an amazing rifle.
Just came across this little puppy yesterday at a estate sale in the Texas Hill Country. Its a Colt DA .38. Its was made between 1903/1904. "Model 1877 Colt Lighting" Typical law enforcement use. Double action, very smooth, good condition. Ive been hunting for one of these for yrs. and the waiting paid off. It does have a small little rough spot on left side above the trigger. Enjoy.
ya i got one yesterday also lol. mine is in Colt 1877 DA Thunderer in 41 Colt made in 1894 so it's antique.
also i got this stuff also in the last week. (i deal antique guns so i buy and sell them all the time) .32 rims fire Iver Johnson 2nd Model Bulldog works and looks like new gun! Hopkins & Allen XL No. 3 .32 rims fire. this guns like new! H n R BULLDOG works. 32 rimfire
I got the gun bug about two yrs. ago. I have plenty of them and never intended to get anymore. But I came across a couple of Anshultz 22cal. manlicher's and thats when I got the the bug. Ive been going to estate sales for yrs. to buy farm equip. and when I noticed all the guns at the sales I picked up a few, Then I couldnt stop. Thats when the Colts started looking more interesting. I recently was at estate sale and saw 4 Colts go for 1200 to 2700 each. I decided to pay more attention. Well yesterday the two guys that buy most of the old guns and are always at these sales were no where to be found. I saw this little Colt and I started getting a knot in my throat. You know when you see the big buck. I called a good friend of mine that collects Colts and was holding this .38 in my hands telling him about before the sale started. Larry said, thats a rare bird and buy it under 1000. Well I paid way less than that. I called Larry on the way home, told him I got it and he got so excited I couldnt get him to shut up. Anyway if the other two guys had been there no way would I have got it. The couple of Colts I saw recently were in as good a shape as this one and I couldnt bring my self to pull the trigger so to speak. One thing about estate sales you have to go to everyone of them to get the best deals. If you go to them once or twice a yr. you may get a good deal but the odds are with you if you make all of them. I'll put this puppy in a glass case and let people enjoy it. Might take it to a few gun shows and show it it off a little bit.
