Vancouver! I saw a white u42 dumpster with a dirtbike in the back on the way to the Horseshoe Bay ferry last week.
Saw a Suzuki being used for landscaping work just down the block from my house! Great looking truck and friendly owner. EDIT: Toronto, ON!
Iv'e counted about 10 "maxitrucks" the size of mine (max load 1500kg) or bigger and about 10 minis, plus some little vans. The Maxitrucks are almost all used by contractors and landscapers for work Some even with little cranes. The minis are mostly just for transport, but I se some are used to haul for contractors items here on the Sunshine Coast BC. Nice to see more of them around. We all wave at each other on the hiway.
I will be getting a sambar, ordered and paid my money now the waiting time to suffer 3-4weeks. Then their will be one more in mid Vancouver Island. Reply With Quote ___________________ watch free movies online

Just picked mine up from the CN rail yard yesterday. 1992 Mitsu. dump, 4spd manual. Super clean and have been pulled over twice already by the cops who are really curious. Any idea where the vin number is on the truck?
under the passenger seat....how are you driving around already ?did it come with canadian registration ?....my second mini (1991 mitsubishi) is at the same railyard,I have to pick it up monday
RightDrive just sold their Subaru Domingo (and several Sambar vans)... Here's hoping it stayed in the GTA!
There is no option for Arctic Canada! In Inuvik, NWT, I have seen the following that I am pretty sure are owned by residents: my own green 1994 Subaru Domingo a black Mitsubishi Delica. Nice guy, talked to me about insurance problems at least one tan Toyota Land Cruiser, possibly more (There's another obviously rebuilt and well maintained red Land Cruiser, but I think it's LHD) a white Honda Acty pickup that lived down by the Forestry Department base in the summer, and may still be there camouflaged as a snow bank Four mini trucks/vans in a community of less than 3,500 people ain't bad!
First reply from Winnipeg! Just purchased a 92 Hijet in Calgary and drove it home. 19 hours!! Girlfriend and mother have affectionately named it "Baby Truck". My summer car is an old Type 3 VW and it gets lots of looks, but Baby Truck draws a crowd at every stoplight! Fun! /K
Hi everybody, I am in Thornhill Ontario. Wish to meet up with those who drives a Samba with an EN07 engine. Ours is a 1994 Subaru Samba Combi. Wanted to look into your engine bay to compare if we are missing any parts. She runs well except the choke doesn't seems to work at cold start. Thanks. Henry 905 669-6513
Welcome, Snap Stu. Do u mind to take a few pics of the carb linkage area of the engine bay? I just wanted to know what I am missing in that area. Thanks. Henry
How did I miss this thread?? In Winnipeg, MB. I have a 92 S83p 5spd which is my regular work truck and a 91 S83p 4spd I'm working on. I don't know about "baby truck" there copiena! Mine is "Hibachi" - small, simple and effective. (though Hibachi literaly translated means fire bowl, so I hope to avoid that!) The new truck is so far "deuce" though my wife is calling it skippy (no idea why) and my daughter is calling it her truck.
Inuvik, NWT: Spotted a green Daihatsu Hi-Jet pickup, with snowplow, on tracks... at the mechanic for some suspension work.
