Best option for Road wheels and tires that don't require a lift on '91 Hijet??

Is there a half-way decent option for road wheels and tires for a '91 hijet? Currently mine has 145R10's. And the only thing in that size I can find are coker camac's that are sold to fit vintage minicoupes (and trailer tires). Is there a better option with or without a wheel swap, but which doesn't require a lift?

You will need to find wheels with the 4x110bolt pattern. Which can be difficult,

Four Sons Off Road, has a good YouTube video on sizing wheels and tires on Minitrucks:

Yeah, it's proving so. How about adapter spacers? Anyone got experience with those? Are they an option to change up the bolt pattern and allow wider tires without rubbing on anything?
