I've got a 93 Carry. I'm trying to find a set of wheels for new tires. I'd like to go from OEM 12"to 13". It doesn't sound too difficult, right? Unfortunately, I need 114.3 mm spacing. What a PITA! I really don't want to go the adapter route. Does anyone know of a source, or cars that used this unicorn wheel? I prefer plain steelies, but beggars can't be choosers.
I used Geo Metro wheels on my '90 Suzuki. The bolt pattern is correct, but I used spacers just to get them out a little. Kevin in NC
I just bought a '92 carry and spent weeks looking for some wheels I like. I got a set of vision wheels that have both 4x4 and 4x114.3 bolt patterns. also know that 4x114.3 metric is the same as 4x 4.5 standard.
I bought these for my 1993 Suzuki Carry DD51T. work great, look good, and were perfect for the Forceum 165/80R13 LT M+S tires. 20250111_111848 (Medium) by Jeff Kushen posted Feb 1, 2025 at 11:11 PM Wheels: https://www.ebay.com/itm/116387480877 Tires: https://www.ebay.com/itm/304268621383
note not sure which company has them but i know ive seen them they sell spacer adapters that allow you to change to more common bolt spacing and the spacers i wana say are not big like 1/2" if i recall.
This is with a lift kit, right? I've been wondering if 155/80r13 would fit without a lift, anyone can confirm if this is ok? 4x114.3 is not the most common, but I found a set of italian tri-spokes for 50€ right next to my workplace. Seems to be plenty of used rims for sale in this size. And even if they are italian, they are period correct and the design could be japanese if you didn't know any better.
I have NO LIFT KIT. Nor have i trimmed any fenders, and to my eye, if they were trimmed someone did a nice job rolling the edges. This is 100% stock hight, with no spacers.
