I set fire to mine! Was having some fun with the welder... Had it cranked a little too high.... Welding inside the cab... Sparks Stuff on the floor.. Hey Dave... Where was that fire extinguisher anyway??? No damage Just messy What a Marooon !!
LOL blakkmoon! 94gtmustang302 - looks great and nice use of a step! got that chrome bumper and a step lol
I picked up my truck from the paint shop! http://www.minitrucktalk.com/picture.php?albumid=231&pictureid=1220
Hauled a dryer 200km to regina for gf's mom. took out old dryer and put it in the back. Stopped at princess auto and got bombarded by people asking about my truck lol
yuppers! Saw 4 RHD's for sure. Saw a Toyota SUV in Weyburn, Saw a dark blue mini in regina on Victoria ave east, Saw a silver kei van on Albert st south, and leaving regina today we passed a honda acty on the highway with some lighting bolt decals under the windshield. Also some bad new, looks like "Flatlanders" in regina has gone tits up. 2 trucks on the lot and signs for building are down and a giant CLOSED on the front windows... he sold reconditioned mini's and LHD converted ones.
been using mine around the yard as a mobile fence builder probably do the same for skirting the trailer later
Finished that fence yesterday (on my birthday) with some modifications. good thing i called Sask First Call. where I wanted to put the fence was right over the underground power lines!!
Yay! Stuff didn't electrocute himself! I've been using mine to help tote materials from the pile of miscellaneous lumber down in my "lower shed" (1/4 mile from the house) to where I'm building a chicken coop. Going through a LOT of scrap lumber...and gives me an excuse to take a hot lap of the property in the truck.
yup i live to live another day! I need more funds though. need to get the boot fixed still and need to make more fence down the other side of the lot. $400+ for that fence and people still walk around it... shhh she doesnt know this is up here
I finished the back up lights mounted to the head ache bar and fixed the cable for the heat diverter valve it has heat for the first time
Look-ey what my daddy and me did. Edit: Sorry for the big pictures, didn't know my blackberry picture was so big.... fixing now.
Nice job Kitty! That looks great, and wood is always nice for a deck like that. Mine's metal and everything slides around when I drive. Good work girl!
Thanks Norm, I made sure to get pressure treated wood so it won't decay over the weather changes and abuse. good stuuf. I'm thinking out rhino lining the whole rear cab for fun, hehe. As a future goal.
u look like ur having so much fun since u got the truck Mine came with the rino lining Its some TOUGH stuff way better than I have seen with other spay ons stuff never moves is the box
Thanks a lot, been spending some time lately getting some audio work done, hopefully more pictures later tonight.
The wood looks good..I also checked on Rhino lining but the quote of $900 seemed a tad high...I ended up using a do it yourself duraliner kit..not as good as the Rhino liner but at $40 who can complain
I just got two trucks out of the paint shop. I used the same paint that the US Army uses on their trucks. Its about 80.00 bucks a gal. One gal. will do one truck. It already has the catalyst mixed in the paint. Stir and shoot. Its a really tough rough texture. We hand sand it, run it over to the paint shop. They tape it, wipe it down with a cleaner and bam its done. 157.00 a pop to shoot one + the 80.00 a gal. The painter say they love the paint because it flows really well and cleans up easy. Oh you can get the same color in a spray can for touch up. I think its 18.00 a can. They have black, desert sand, od green.
