Good morning, thanks for letting me be part of the group. I recently traded a couple of smart cars and parts for my '94 Street and am excited to dig in and learn more about these vans and meet other locals near Tacoma/Seattle. I'm curious if anyone can suggest a resource for determining build date on the van. If it is 30 years old, I can run Collector plates in Washington and not worry about annual tabs anymore.
Welcome! There's a local Facebook group I just joined that posts about local meetups sometimes, PNW Kei Owners. You might check some of the online parts or chassis number decoders for the build date - maybe https://partsfan.com? I'm not sure how well it will work for Honda. They have their own factory VIN decoder, but it's for 2009 and up.
