Just finalized on a 1994 Sambar van with VW conversion (via JapanCarDirect.com). Very excited for this one. Hard part though is it does turn 25 until June so I have to wait..... Waiting is hard...
Pretty sweet ride! Is that supercharged? Seems like you lucked out on the the options there too as 99% of the "VW specification" vans are ECVT.

Stimpy (short for Subaru’s Transporter Imposter), is all set. Registered/titled, etc. Got my junkyard Mini Cooper wheels on replacing the JDM 12” rims (for anyone contemplating these wheels, remember you have to bore out the center hole to fit the bigger Sambar hub.see my post in Sambar area about 15”wheels). Isn’t it funny that Cooper 15’s are BIG wheels for a Sambar). Thanks Japan Car Direct LLC for all the help bringing this little one over.
