Valve spring removal

What type of valve spring removal tool are you guys using to remove valve springs to change valve seals ? My truck is a Mitsubishi, if that makes a difference. I am used to working with big block Chevrolet race engines, so none of my valve train tools fit. Thanks

 

Last head I rebuilt, I just put a wood block under the chamber, and pushed the spring down by hand. Pretty small springs.

 

I am doing this with the head still on the engine in the truck.

 

What did you ever end up doing? Im in The same boat right now

 

It's on a Sambar, but it seems like you can just push them in.
