Hydraulic Pump ('90 Hijet) After Gentlemen, We are looking for a manual or diagram for the hydraulic pump of a Daihatsu Hijet (1990) with a scissor/dump bed. Our cylinder will go up, but not back down without bleeding the line. Thought is might just be the solenoid, which was tapped but to no success. Appreciate anyones thoughts or manual!! Hydraulic Dump issue... I wanted to follow up with everyone with an update. We discovered that our cylinder would not go back down, due to the solenoid not working. We are looking for a domestic replacement for it. (Attached is a photo) I have to mention, a word of Thanks to Bob Martens of www.usedminitrucks.com for his assistance in seeing my problem on this forum and contacting me!! Thanks Bob! We are chasing about 2-3 leads on tracking down a solenoid replacment. If anyone has additional thoughts, please feel free to contact me at the info below. Looks just like the unit in the mitsubishi too. #mb883474 $180-250.00 available at the Mitsubishi automotive dealerships. Another member here (IBKG) americanized his hydraulic unit by replacing the entire unit with one like you'll find in the Northern tool & equipment catalogs. I'll bet some value motivated googling will produce some deals on complete replacement packages for the same cost as this coveted solenoid. I just searched (12 volt hydraulic power unit) and found lots of options. I recently worked on a few of our lift gates at work and found similar systems powering our tommy-gates and interlifts. might want to look into those too. Correction... mitsubishi solenoid has recessed rings around the plunger... not quite the same as the daihatsu. Might try the import dealerships that support daihatsu's. I've replaced them a few times in the past and was buying from the car lots at the time.
if you still require somewhere try www.adrive.com gives you 50gb of free web storage and allows you to share files
Looks like its something with this version of vb, I have the new one on order and should be getting it mid nov or dec. Try using http://www.imagelinky.com/ Its my site, I don't check for file types that are being uploaded so you can upload files other than images. Just use the "Direct Link" that it gives you.
