I have a coolant leak in my 95 Minicab that I cannot find. The leak is pretty substantial while it's running and it's dripping a little further back right under the engine, closer to the transmission. Is there a hose tucked in the back of the engine block or does anyone have any advice? I fear it might be the head gasket but want to be sure before I start dismantling the engine.

most u44v engines Ive seen in Japan have a carburetor which is mad considering 16valves
however there is a water feed to the carb for the idle and emissions that can leak with age
and even rust on the tube feed hard to see as carb and oil filter housing covering view.
Since most of these cars are 30 years old or older with carbs its always good to replace
the hoses or at least check them by removing the air filter housing and inlet pipes
to have decent access to these areas, flushing out the system etc.
