I have just reviewed some information on the Tomcar, an ATV based on an Israeli design. It looks to be similar to the Rhino, Ranger, Mule, etc., but what caught my eye was the claim that it comes from the factory street legal in all states. I don't know exactly what that means once you get to the fine print, but in one article it was stated that the Tomcar could be licensed in Arizona (where it is assembled) as a motorcycle. It is speed limited to 25 mph but someone wrote that the limiter could be removed in ten minutes and then it could go 40-45 mph. Comments? Sam

And it specifically identifies the Tomcar as OFF ROAD... I thought this was an interesting email from their forum... http://tomcarownersclub.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=11&Itemid=25
