Has anyone on this site purchased a vehicle from Tokyo Direct Importers out of Raleigh-Durham, NC? If so, was it a good experience and are you happy with your purchase?

Not affiliated with anyone, but I would look at Mayberry Mini Trucks. He's been in business for many years and tends to have good trucks, ready to go.

I purchased my 97 Every Van from Tokyo Direct. Mayberry is absolutely legit, and has been doing this longer than just about anyone in NC. You may also consider Top Secret RTP (literally across the street from Tokyo Direct).

My purchasing experience w Tokyo Direct was great. But I knew what I wanted and what to look for. They handled getting my registration and plates, which was nice (one less thing). If you do buy from Tokyo direct, I'd suggest prioritizing timing belt/water pump replacement, and check underneath and inside door frames, etc... for signs of rust. He sells quite a bit on bringatrailer, check out his seller rating/reviews there.

Just bought a 95 HiJet Climber from Mo. he answered all my questions sent me great pictures and two videos and when I got there took the time to let me drive the truck and help me load it. They are great down there and I would not hesitate to suggest them to anyone looking
    For a truck

Most of the good trucks at Mayberry never hit the website and are often sold as they come off the delivery truck. They are great to work with, but your best experience with Mayberry is to actually go there, look around, and drive whatever you see that may work for you. It's a really simple transaction to purchase one in NC
