I live in a tropical country so I thought of bypassing coolant lines. There is a huge difference in acceleration even if my tires are offroad 13" 24 inches diameter. My third gear used to get stucked at certain speed now it can accelerate more giving me lots of headroom for the 4th gear. My intake manifold is a lot cooler now. Worth a try. There are several articles in the net maybe spending some time reading is your best bet.
