[SOLVED] Sway Bar Bushings

Greetings. I am in the process of doing a complete front suspension rebuild on my HH-1 van. EZ-Kei Coil overs, control arms, ball joints, tie rods, steering links, the whole nine yards. I have everything I need except for one thing, and that is the sway bar bushings. I have the bushings that locate the sway bar to the control arm, but I need the bushings that locate the sway bar to the chassis. According to the parts sites that I use, these bushings are discontinued and I have had no luck with finding universal bushings that will fit. If anyone happens to know of a bushing that would work, I would greatly appreciate it. The bushings for the HA-1/HH1 and Ha-3/HH-3 are all the same from my research. The 4wd trucks and vans have a different part number, not sure how different they are but I'd be willing to try. I will give measurements if needed, but hoping someone has found a bushing that worked or required minor modifications.

I have a feeling this would work:

I really need that mount as I’m missing one on my van, maybe we can split this cost and you can send the mounts? ;)

Thanks for the reply. Those bushings are physically too big for the existing brackets. I ended up buying some bushings for a Honda Beat. They are physically the same size as the Acty bushings, just 2mm over inside diameter. It’s kinda of a ghetto fix, but I wrapped several layers of smooth duct tape on the sway bar until I got the thickness I needed, then I greased the bushing and it seems to work. As for the bracket, try https://jp-carparts.com/honda/partlist.php?maker=honda&type=ACTY VAN&cartype=31191&fig=B&fig1=2710 or https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/honda-japan/acty/M-HH1/26973/steering/23927. If they don’t have it, you’ll either have to buy a used sway bar assembly with bushing and mounts, or see if a fab shop could make you a bracket. Hope it works out.

Hey sometimes you need it to "just work!" I have a makeshift bracket for the sway bar and it isnt rattling, so I'll take that as a win!
