Probably like the way they post on craigslist down here. They show a truck all decked out and post a starting price of $3800.00 and when you call they either have sold it or you get a rust bucket all trashed. But they always have several other trucks in the 4800.00 to 7500.00 range.
That's definitely not a '95 in the picture. I tried listing on Craigslist and got flagged because I was a "dealer" posting in the RV section and apparently that's not allowed. I would really like to see an ATV section and the option for "dealers" to post like in the automotive section. The CL rules seem to be a little "clouded." Back on topic - if you can buy that truck for $3850 and it runs and drives under it's own power, that's a great buy.
actually, i think that's the partner of the guy i bought mine from. they are basically selling them at invoice. they bought a bunch that they were gonna lift and sell and the project never really took off... so now they are just dumping them. i only paid $4k for mine
hmm not bad and i can drive over and see it etc. I think I could probably do my own lift, not long travel just a spacer kit etc. anybody ever tried putting a Rhino rear seat rack in the back just for fun?
