Just received my 1997 Suzuki Carry back in April and I'm now in the process of performing tune-up tasks (plugs, wires, timing belt, etc). While changing the spark plugs, I noticed oil inside of spark plug well for cylinder #1. While I'm waiting on the valve cover gasket set to arrive, I've been researching torque specs for the valve cover gasket and the distributor housing. I can't seem to find anything in the service manuals, this forum, Youtube or the good ol' Google search. Would anyone happen to know the torque specs for the valve cover and distributor housing? I imagine somewhere in the 8 to 10 ft/lb range would be correct, but want to be certain. Thanks in advance.
