Suzuki Carry 1988 - DB71T resources & my new truck! Hi all, I'm new to the forums. Joined because I've recently purchased a Suzuki Carry Ute 4WD 1988 (DB71T - F5A motor), which I'm importing from Japan. Now I'm looking for a place to help me learn more about this unique mini truck. I used to own an 1988 Suzuki Super Carry Van, RWD which was domestically sold in Australia and I purchased 2nd hand for $350. Bought it as my run around car while I had my project rice rocket Nissan Silvia, and ended up having more fun in the van. After 2 years it popped the timing belt, and wasnt worth fixing. So now here I am years later, waiting for the new toy to arrive off the boat, hopefully will see it Jan/Feb once it goes through compliance and registration. After the long boring introduction, I'll get to my question. I'm wondering if anyone has compiled a collection of information on the Suzuki Carry DB71T (mechanical guides, parts list, F5A motor, DB71T lift kits, etc). I'm finding a lot of information on the 90'-99' year range, but not for the 88' DB71T. If anyone can help, or point me in the right direction it would be appreciated. I cant wait to work on this baby. Here's a couple of pics of the new truck. It's got 20,000km's on the clock, which apparently are genuine with service logs from new to prove it. From other photos, the suzuki floor mats look like the original and are unscuffed. Cheers, Rhys
