I recently purchased a 94 Sambar box truck. Newly imported, was previously used as a food truck for a roadside noodle bar in Japan. It has a water storage tank, plumbing, and gas heating fixtures. Has anyone got any info on the box manufacturer, or have pics of anything similar?

I own a small baking company and sell baked good at farmers markets, so I am going to set it up s a market wagon style truck.
Very cool find. I think most of the add-ons to the Sambars were custom. I was told all the dump beds were aftermarket, so this is probably a small run or a one-off design. I think it would be an outstanding food truck for the market.
