The system is fully charged and blows ice cold once it engages The clutch, but there is like a 2 to 5 minute delay pretty consistent engagement about two streets from my house. It kicks right on or I started it and let it idle in the driveway for a while and eventually it kicked on seemingly about when it would kick on if I got in let it warm up and went down the road. The relays click and the electric fan comes on immediately. The engine seems to react, like the compressor is engaged with the increased idle Once it kicks on the first time, it will kick on and off throughout the drive Like normal no issue. Definitely hear the relay click Under the dash, but that might just be the fan. If I stop at the store, come out, crank it up engages and cools immediately. Turning the compressor by hand, it feels fine other than maybe a little easier to turn than most compressors, but it is a small compressor. All the connectors are plugged in I unplugged and plugged everything
