So far I have replaced tires and had them balanced. And replaced worn ball joints on control arms. Tie rod ends are good and not a bit of play in the steering. Stills getting intermittent steering wheel wobble above 60 kph. No wobble at all when I first got it with worn parts and nasty tires with 50 psi of air in them. I am running 32 psi in front tires now, maybe they need to be more? Don’t know where to go from here.

Following. I just got a 1990 Acty Street and there is a slight wobble between 80 and 90 kph. The wobble gets worse if I apply the brakes. It completely goes away above 95 kph. I haven't replaced anything other than the tires so it is possible that I have worn out suspension parts.

Possible, even probable. But if your wheels aren’t stock, they may be imparting forces on the suspension It wasn’t made for, and developing a harmonic deflection fealt as a wobble.
