Spotted one on Main Ave in Fargo heading west today. Didn't see the brand but it looked like the guy inside was wearing a suit. Maybe a well dressing member of ours? I remember somebody saying they were legal in West Fargo, any news for Fargo? Sorry no pics I was driving.
