Also the odometer doesn't work either. I just got the truck yesterday. Is it just a simple spedo cable? Thanks
your best bet is to probably start under the dash and see if it's connected and just work your way back. i don't know if they connect to one of the front wheels or to the trans for a reading. if they both don't work i would certainly suspect the cable to be broken or disconnected.
Got it fixed, there is a big cable attached to the back of the gauge cluster that was unplugged. Next time I'll start with the obvious before posting
sometimes it's better to throw it out there and see waht others think before you waste your time and piss yourself off more barking up the wrong tree... lol
