    Got a Sambar van. Just have to go pick it up. Any advice on trailering one specific to the vehicle?

    It's an all wheel drive 5 speed manual.

    should be 4WD not AWD, direct 50/50 split. dont forget left and all the way up on these is crawl 4x4 gear not 1st gear

    with that i always start in 2nd gear on these, 1st gear is plain useless unless youre crawling through snow or mud. 2nd gear is fine to taking off from a stop

    Yes, you are correct. It is the 5+XL transmission.

    Congrats! I just lost a bid on a Sambar van last night. I really wanted a truck, but the van grew on me.
