Anyone catching any Ling (Bourbot) yet? The ice is close to going off the Yellowstone here. I did some research on a new reel and bought a Pflueger President 6740 and a nice Cabelas rod this year for Smallies and Walleye. The old rod and reel will now see Catfish service. Snagged some good buys in the Cabelas Bargin Cave online as well as some good deals on crank baits on Ebay. I've Got the Feaver!

I picked up a Pflueger Asaro reel and a Castaway rod for a trip up to Ontario a while back Its my first Pflueger and I have to say I've been satisfied. We killed the Walleye's bumping the bottom with jigs with a piggyback minnow last July at lake Kagiano.

Waiting for my Dad and a couple of friends to head down to the coast of Texas for our annual spring fishing trip. I love fishing down there. You never know what you will pull in.
