I accidentally tried to ride my uncles 1970s era kawasaki 100cc dirt bike under water 2 years ago. Misjudged the water depth over a prairie trail. Though it would be fine since I could see weeds along the edge. Nope 4ft deep in the middle. Started out water starts hitting my boots look down it's almost to the air intake. Move to shut it off but it dies first since carb is in the main case and under water. Spent that night with it upside down dousing it in wd40 until it stopped turning white lol. Changed the gearbox fluid and I think it runs better now :p.

Seems to be a very strong mechanism. HAHAHAHA. Until the bike is moving its good. At any point if it stops it will give rider a monetary shock. Also he has done a very intelligent thing by adding a pipe with the silencer to avoid any water entry.
