its too dark to take a pic right now but i will get one as soon as i can. on the outside of the cab on the drivers side top corner area i have what looks like a little joystick. Its black with what looks like a hazy eye or light. I can move it side to side a bit. Anybody have any idea what this is? Is it some type of sensor or switch?
If you can pull it out and push it in, it is the switch for the cargo light. If it is the switch, you might want to snug it up; the base of it shouldn't be moving very freely.
Pull it out (towards the tailgate) to turn on the cargo light. Reverse the procedure to turn it off. Have a good one.
