    Hi all,

Has anyone else got a s510? Or is anyone finilair with the suspension set up?
I’m looking at making a 2” lift for it so I can squeeze some real tyres under it.

I’m yet to see a kit available for the S510

I’m thinking extended shackles for the rear and possibly longer struts up front, maybe off another Daihatsu.

    Any ideas?

I think that the S510 is a full frame truck. And, to lift one you raise the body off the frame. This has a distinct advantage in that you don’t affect the suspension geometry.

This requires that you lengthen the the steering shaft. But unless you are getting really serious in how much lift you install everything else stays the same.

Sounds correct to me, certainly could do the body lift approach.
I’ve seen that somewhere on yahoo auctions before actually.
Thinking shackles and longer struts may be a lot cheaper tho, but I’ll look into it!

    Thanks!
