I got this setup at my local princess auto last week for $40.00! Ill post pic's of it installed in the next week or to when I get time.
I know it looks a "LITTLE" over kill but I want to mount a winch I it.

harbor freight had 2" recievers for about $10 if i'm not mistaken... haven't bought one in a few months though. and a stick of 2"x2"x1/4" steel wide enough to span the frame rails isn't very expensive at all (if you were in arizona i have a bunch in the garage i would give you for some frosty adult beverages).

and with a couple small gussets made from 1/4" steel you would have yourself a bad-a$$ tow hitch in about an hour.

these trucks are so unique that finding anything stateside is going to be tough.. not impossible, just tough. i think a couple vendors MIGHT be selling hitches but i seem to recall most of them being more on the one-off custom side. seems there is a lot of liability issues with things of this nature.

you can do what starpuss has done and purchase something that is the base for what you want and then do the modifications... but for $40 (not flaming you star) i would have all the raw material i needed (if it weren't already in my garage) to build it and have money left over for a couple of cold silver bullets when the job was done ;)

here's one of the many bumpers i have built... total cost of $40 if you include the welding wire, gas, grinding wheels and frosty beverages :D but it's made of 2x6x1/4.. a little over-kill for a min, but, for your application i would cut off the rear valance, put some aftermarket lites in the bumper and have one heavy duty MO-FO... or you could just run a piece of 2x2 between the frame rails and then the receiver below it with some gussets to keep things steady.
