I am having some issues with stalling when warm and hard restarts. I checked advance auto and they have a NGK coil that looks very similar to the factory one. So I picked it up. The two wire connection and coil wire connection will need to be modified but that should be doable. When I checked the new coil resistance values they were below the manual specs. I think across the primary I am around 1.2 ohms and the secondary was around 12 k ohms. Is it a bad idea to try this coil? BTW the existing coil ohm values fall within the specs.
