Great job! Can't wait to see the finished job.
If mounts on S80 don't fit, I'll try here. Got a Daihastu dealer down the road.

I picked up the Donor rig from Sonny last weekend. I was able to unload it and begin working on it.

First item was to put the windshield in the wife's 4x4 Jumbo.

Ran into a bit of a problem with the ignition switch.

I have three of the 4 prong but need a 3 prong with keys. None of my 3 prong ignition switch assy's have keys. D'Oh

I have seen a good locksmith make a key from the ignition with only a blank...used a sharpie marker and a hand file...possible to change the cylinder pins around as well...good luck

I took the Good used ones from the Donor rig I got from Sonny. A vendors here on the board wanted well over $100 each for the engine mounts. They are expensive little buggers.

I ordered the front springs (10" 250lb) from Jegs yesterday. I am down to the little things that take forever. I hope to be driving this rig before 2011 hits the calendar.

I missed my 1/1/11 driving deadline but I'm closer.

Do you think I needed new springs?

I forgot to updated the thread.

I swapped the wiring harness out, again, installed the heater hoses, brake lines, vacuum lines, etc.

I pulled the old front axle assy and swapped in the front axle assy from a donor rig.
