RH Door Handle Spring

I have a 1993 (U42T) Minicab. The spring the holds the latch pin in place on the RH door handle broke. Is there a way to procure just the spring or do you have to procure the entire handle mechanism? I tried searching http://mitsubishi.epc-data.com/ but without pictures, I was not sure if I had the correct parts. Your help is much appreciated.

So you need an outer handle, not anything from inside the door?

 

Yes. It is part of the outer handle mechanism. Nothing from inside the door.

 

How did you make out with your door handle issue? Check out this website and find your vehicle model and you should be able to locate an exploded view

Then when you've located the Mitsubishi part number do a parts search on this website, I've ordered many things this way and no troubles at all getting any part that I've needed.

Yeah... sorry meant to keep my eye peeled, new baby on deck and house construction has me sliced a little thin atm.

If all else fails holler, and I can grab a complete handle from my usual supplier new, shouldn't hurt too bad.
